We have been using the same person for 20+ years and the only reason for this rating has nothing to do with our tax preparer. It is 100% due to all the automation now with HRB. We want to speak with a human, not deal with a borage of questions and prompts. Tax season is already stressful, why add more undue stress on your longtime and loyal customers/clients. We are paying HRB to a job, so why should we have to go to their website to check the status of our returns? What was wrong with getting a phone call from a human telli... read more
