I'm not impressed with the customer service or work of the location my fiancé and I visited. We found out we owed quite a bit of money and requested our documents back so we could see another tax representative I was recommended to try and lighten the burden. When we arrived at HR Block to pick our files up the woman that spoke with us was passive-aggressive and standoffish.
