Oh where to begin. Lease - wrong, Monthly ledger - Wrong, Charged for pet rent although an ESA. Maintenance requests were ignored for month. Was told I would get a garage, then none available. Finally got a garage after 10 office visits, to which I got a letter demanding that I vacate the garage in 48 hours because these folks cant even record what they are doing. Had a tour with a really nice person kbut unfortunately I don't recall her name ) of Block 32 and it's one of the top three that we're considering. The location is great and they offer really nice amenities, including beer on tap (during business hours) and a year round hot tub! The units themselves are spacious and bright, and we were both impressed with how clean and well maintained the property looked and felt. If your considering a move to RiNo, I would definetly suggest checking them out.
This place is falling apart and quickly becoming a slum. People openly doing whippets in the pool, people stealing packages (of course, the cameras don’t work), people breaking into cars and stealing bikes because management refuses to even fix the gate. Oh, and if you put in a maintenance request, expect to have to call the front office once a day or else they’ll forget about you.
Update: Maurice is not longer working here and things are a mess. In the months since my original review I have had multiple negative experiences with regional management and I would have already moved had I the resources to do so. Maurice is the best! He quickly took care of my outstanding maintenance requests when he arrived in November and he addressed the few little things that have come up since then right away. I’ve been living here for about six months now, and my experience has been fantastic. From day one, the staff has been amazing—super helpful when showing me different apartment options (it was tough to choose a favorite!). Move-in was smooth and hassle-free. The rental rates are very reasonable compared to other places in the area. I also appreciate the multiple payment options, including BILT Rewards.
