Property Management decided to lock the trash room every weekend, so filth and smell builds up in the hallways Friday Afternoon - Monday mid morning on the first floor. Absolutely disgusting for first floor residents to have to deal with. I emailed with no response. I spoke to leasing office who assured me it would be unlocked and it still is.
About end of 2024, new maintenance came in and the difference is noticeably better! Maurice is awesome; communicative, responsive and gets the job done! 4/18/25 Update: Team in the office, Alex, Alyssa & Maurice helped me solve a maintenance issue with my washer- they were swift, friendly and easy to work with, very happy with the management change, they're all great!

I’ve been living at block 32 for a few months now they by far have the best office (Samara) and maintenance (Maurice) staff I have encountered it has made me feel like choosing to lease here was one the best choices I’ve made since moving to Denver
Maurice is the best! He quickly took care of my outstanding maintenance requests when he arrived in November and he addressed the few little things that have come up since then right away. I also appreciate the follow up to make sure everything continued working correctly. He is great at keeping up with the many bits and pieces to everything and is lovely to see around the property.
