I loveeeeeee love love this place. Sunny helped me out when I was looking for a place. I came in on a Saturday afternoon to do a tour, did the application the same day, and on Monday before noon, I had the keys. Given, you have to be willing to supply the required documentation. She held my hand every step of the way. Even after a few months of staying here, one call to the office for a quick question and she will gladly help you out. Took a tour of the complex with Sonal Colt today. I am considering moving out of my current situation and walked in with lots of questions. Sonal answered ALL of them and demonstrated great professionalism and warmth the entire visit. I am only considering this place now as I make my decision. Love Block 24!
Don’t rent here. I lived at block 24 for 5 years and every year it went more and more down hill. From the get go I was signed on with a woman who thankfully doesn’t work there anymore. I’m from Texas but I was living in Colorado at the time, moved back to be with my family as my dad was diagnosed with cancer. Upon arrival from a 12 hour trip with a car breaking down this woman was nothing but rude and agitated. She had no patience very and she also never showed us our unit. Excellent Place to live. Maintenance Staff John, Terrence, Avril, Freddie and Manager Patti, and all office staff as well as all maintenance staff are excellent and very professional!!!!! Also, I need to add Kelly and Judy and Sunny, because they are very professional and excellent to.
If possible, I would give 1000 stars. I am really impressed by the behavior of the staffs, whenever I call them for any inconvenience and they get them resolved so quickly. The apartment is also very conveniently located close to almost everything. I am really enjoying my stay here. Thanks again, Sunny, Judy and everyone in the leasing office taking care of us everyday. I really appreciate you guys. And also to my adjacent neighbor whoever is playing that piano, please continue playing.. it is so beautiful ❤️
