Kelly was very helpful during the leasing process. I really appreciate the Block24 team and everything they've done for me. It's a very nice/friendly community with a great overall look and clean units. Very grateful to be a part of the Block24 family.
My gf lives there. 4 months ago she saw mold in her dishwasher. Once she made the service order, maintenance came out the next morning. Luckily, I was there. They wiped the spores out that was visible and poured bleach into the bottom and ran a cycle. His instructions to her was to let that cycle through and that should solve it. I insisted that she asked them for a mold test. They refused and said that the test is not something they cover the cost for. Hands down to upper management and the agents in office their the best when it comes to resolving any issues and also I like to give a shout out to maintenance team as well By far this is one of the best properties I lived at and been here 3 1/2 years and never really had any major problems.... The up keep of the property is well maintained

I have lived at Block 24 for (3) years. What attracted me to Block 24 was the urban location and feel, (2) story buildings and the nice green landscaping. I would like to give a shout out to Jackie, Assist. Mgr., and her willingness to thoroughly answer any questions you may have. Jackie’s professionalism coupled with friendliness are the best in the business! Freddie in maintenance does a fabulous job. He’s been at Block 24 for 18 years!
