Sunny addressed all my concerns . I never met any one as knowledgeable as her as for housing/apartment related issues. She treated customer as old friend and I felt at home.
I don’t have much to say about this place all I’m gonna say is they need to do a better job with disclosing information in regards to when someone moves out of the apartment regarding how much you have left to pay for all bills included for the rest of time that you were there and also the rent cost way too much for the amenities not to be working or being used for the whole time you’re there at the apartment you’re pretty much just paying for the location that’s it, and you will have a hard time with getting maintenance to ... read more
It has been such a pleasure living here! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Had a great tour today for the cottages and let me just say I enjoyed it! My partner and I toured with Brittany Ramos and she answered every question with honesty and no gimmicks! She was well versed in the history of this great place! The cottages are lovely and the grounds are so well kept! Can’t wait to move in soon! Ty Miss Ramos!
