I’m extremely disappointed with this hair salon. I booked an appointment to get my hair styled on my birthday, expecting at least a decent result, but instead they completely ruined both my hair and my special day. I asked for curls, but the stylist clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t use the right products and didn’t use enough of the proper styling materials that are normally needed for curls.
