I have continued to support you but I do NOT appreciate you saying I was not there that day as I WAS and she blow dried me but she was late and pretended she was not late when I clearly saw her open up pretty late. Would not recommend if you have wavy or curly hair. Stylist is inexperienced and left my hair a frizzy mess. I had to go home and re do my hair. Even when I told her on the chair about it- she kept getting defensive and saying it was volume. I honestly have never had such a terrible experience in all my times of getting blow outs. Save yourself the hassle and at the very least go to a different location. Coming here is a waste of time and money.

I booked two appointments for myself and my daughter ahead of a family function. The stylist who worked on my daughter did a good job. I showed the stylist who worked on my head (Isabella) multiple inspiration pictures, and explained what I wanted. She said she understood exactly. While she was styling it, I reaffirmed what I wanted done. At one point, she said my hair was practically done, and I said that the front wasn’t styled at all, as it was still hanging.
