I am very happy from the service here. Hope I can come here again. My stylist I think her name was Caroline, she accommodated me when I walked in. She was so sweet all throughout and the staff is great too. Kai gave some great advice for my hair. My hair feels and looks so good! I was not able to thank her since I was in rush but I hope she sees this review🤩
Please do not book at the King West location ever!!! I had initially booked an appointment for 10:30, but was running late. I tried calling in advance to let them know,but no one was answering, when someone finally answered, they confirmed that it was fine, that my service would be accommodated. Excellent service! Booked same day appointment and "Q" was a wonderful treat after a long day. He was personable, funny, and really made sure I felt taken care of. Absolutely loved my blow out style, walked away feeling like a million bucks. Thanks, Q! I will be back.
I visit this location when in town for work or social events. They are wonderful! Makeup application is such a pleasure - asks lots of questions to really fit the occasion.
It was pleasant and they were nice and accommodating.. But my hair’s blow out didn’t really stay after an hour. I was a bit disappointed. The hairdresser told me that it will stay since I specifically told her im going to a wedding and that I asked her if my hair is hard to curl and hold but she said no it’s fine it’ll hold and that she’ll use good hairspray. Atleast a few hours it couldve stayed…. but no had retouch it myself and add a bit more hairspray. Depends on hair type i guess
