Came for a blow dry … most unprofessional stylist I ever had … she blow dried my hair with her hands never used the brush or nothing …. Seems like she was in a rush to finish… I ended up re doing it myself ❌❌❌

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and usually have a good experience (reason for the 2 instead of 1). If I book in the mornings it’s Brenda and she’s really good. Afternoons it’s Danielle and she’s good too. I never have any issue when I see Brenda. She is amazing, punctual, and professional. She gets 5 stars. The rating today is based on lack of communication and preparation for my 2pm appointment with Danielle today which was booked in advance. Brenda and Sierra were awesome! I always went in Buckhead Atlanta. First time here and Thanks ladies! Brenda seemed very knowledgeable in all types of hair, too! I will be back.

We were in town for a wedding and the night before the wedding they cancelled ALL our appointments. Really left us in a lurch. I would NEVER recommend this salon because of what they did. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I went in for a blowout/style before going to a wedding, but unfortunately had to completely re-do my hair after leaving because the curls were done extremely tight (not the beach wave look I had picked out), uneven and did not look professionally done at all. Super disappointing to have to re-do my hair myself after spending the money to come in and have it styled.
