I had a blow out/style by Janice and full face makeup by Ree before formal work event. First off all of the staff I interacted with over the phone and in person were all so kind and helpful. I had a tight/stressful schedule arriving after work and then needing to get back downtown for my event in a short time. This is my go-to place when I need my hair styled for events. It was such a pleasant experience being in Rad’s chair today! She styled my hair exactly how I wanted and was so kind.

Nisha is an incredible stylist, who did a great job with my hair! I went in for a blowout and lashes. Just be sure to have a copy of your booking receipt on hand before you go. The person who checked me in tried to tell me I had a full make-up experience booked (an $85 value), when I was only scheduled for lashes ($15). Luckily, the misunderstanding was settled easily because I had the original appointment email on my phone.
