I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with the Blo Homewood location while traveling in for a wedding on New Year’s Eve. I had a 1:00 pm appointment scheduled and, when my airline notified me that my flight might be delayed, I proactively contacted the Blo Homewood text line as soon as I received that information to ask about my options.
