Very disappointing experience. I booked a 7:30am. appointment three weeks ahead of time for a critical 9am. corporate video shoot, and the appointment was confirmed. Then, a week before the scheduled date, it was cancelled because the makeup artist apparently doesn't start until 9am. If that was the case, the appointment should never have been accepted in the first place. What was most frustrating was the lack of any attempt to find a workaround or offer an alternative. My daughter suggested I go to Blo Leaside. The service was terrific. Alessandra did an excellent job styling my hair for a destination wedding happening the next day. I followed her advice and used a satin pillow case to sleep on and it looks great today! Will definitely be back and will recommend. Oh… and Victoria at the front desk was lovely too!
