I had such a wonderful experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar Coral Springs. The space is welcoming, professional, and runs so smoothly. My stylist Charly was fantastic, attentive, skilled, and really took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. I left feeling polished, confident, and completely taken care of. Highly recommend and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Who would not love this establistment, from check in to end they are top knotch! The stylists and front desk are so kind, and it makes it such a pleasure coming here, I have tried other locations and even though this location is further, it is worth it becuase yhey are professional, and provide great services time and time again. It helps to know the owner is hands on and there most days which speaks volumes for her commitment to the business and community.
I had a very upsetting experience at this blow dry bar that resulted in significant heat damage to my hair. During the wash, the stylist did not properly wash the back or middle of my head and did not detangle my hair before styling. While leaving the appointment, I immediately noticed a strong burnt smell coming from my hair, which was extremely alarming. I am beyond disappointed to be in a position to have to post a negative review. Initially, I was very impressed during my first few visits and started going weekly (or sometimes more). I was sold on the commitment to the monthly membership, and I even referred several friends. The stylists were friendly, and the owner initially came across as honest and personable. This location never ceases to amaze me. The weekend before Valentine's Day I THOUGHT I set an appointment for Valentine's Day. I had dinner plans and everything so I wanted freshly styled hair. Around 10 am on Valentine's Day I noticed I hadn't received the confirmation text from blo that comes the day before. I called and the owner talked me and checked for an appointment on my account.
