My first time going here. Suzy did an amazing job! I have nano extensions and have had trouble finding a salon i trust without pulling my extensions out. She exactly knew what she was doing! Although its still not a cheap service! I will be visiting the girls at blo again (:
Unfortunately our experience at this location was terrible. We booked an appointment for our little girls along with an add on for braids. I called to say I was running late and was told it would be fine. When we got there the staff overall were happy to help but one in particular - Sarah who was very combative and interjected saying “im not doing a braid” in front of the little girls. I highly recommend this place! The staff is very professional, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I want to give a special shoutout to Suzi—she’s absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic blow-dry for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Suzi is not only talented but also kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what she does.
