I have been here several times. Mona, a stylist who used to work here, gave me the best blow out I’ve ever had. Every other experience I have had here has left me disappointed, offended, and wondering why I keep giving this place a chance. Even their head office isn’t helpful. Would have been such a great spot to frequent if the experiences were consistently positive.
In response to your reply, yes I have been there. Has Maurizio been there who also left you a review? Are you taking his down too? Maybe not since he gave you a great review. How much did you pay him? What the heck! Finally they get a stylist that really knows what she’s doing and they got rid of her. Daniella was the best! Doesn’t matter how convenient the location is, not going back, the manager doesn’t know how to manage a salon. Incompetence
I don't normally give bad reviews to businesses but this one really bothered me. I booked a blow dry for 4pm because I needed to pick up my child from daycare at 5pm. I arrived 10 mins early to my appointment and I was told then that they can't take me until 4:30 because her current client asked for additional services which is making her get behind. Not happy. Are they even stylists? Jessica did my hair. The one with the blonde wig. Why….. It was absolutely terrible. She was so loud! And gossiping about clients. So unprofessional. And my hair looked weird. Volume is the wrong places. I looked like the girl from hairspray the musical. I went to another salon and got it re done after. Waste of money. Waste of time.
