I came here hoping they could accommodate all hair types, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. For reference, I have 3B curly hair, and the first red flag was that no heat protectant was used on my bleached curls. When I asked, the stylist said it was included in the leave-in conditioner, but shortly after, I could literally smell my hair burning.
