Emily is useless, Robert the owner thinks he can scream at whoever he wants and expects owners not to yell back at him. He didn't like when I gave him the same energy he gave me! They have no clue what is going on. Obviously their ratings speaks volumes, and if the owners of our property weren't so cheap they would have picked a better property management company!
