I’ve had the pleasure of working with Coach Josh during his morning walks, and my daughter has also been attending his Kids Mixed Boxing classes for the past couple of months. Coach Josh is incredibly patient, encouraging, and attentive with every child. My daughter leaves each class feeling confident, accomplished, and excited to come back for the next one. I’ve done about 3 Saturday mornings from 9:00-9:45AM, in October & November of 2025. I have also come in on Monday through Thursdays & done workouts for 45 minutes between October 2025 to February 2026. Between Coach Josh & Walter, they have helped me do exercises correctly & helped me work on body basics, with also arm or leg specific exercises.
