Our functional training classes are 45 minutes in length and we never repeat the same routine which makes our classes exciting and fun workouts that produce great results! Blitz45 is an amazing and welcoming fitness center. No day is ever the same, workouts are fun but also push you to your own personal limit. The staff is exceptional when it comes to keeping you focused and reaching your target. One of the best experiences I've had working out and with great people.

I can't recommend Coach Josh enough! His knowledge of fitness and his enthusiasm is truly contagious. Every session leaves me feeling motivated and eager to continue pushing myself. His personalized approach makes all the difference. I also like the weekly walking club it's not only a great workout but so much fun! If you are looking for someone who will inspire you and make fitness enjoyable Coach Josh is the one!
