I’ve done about 3 Saturday mornings from 9:00-9:45AM, in October & November of 2025. I have also come in on Monday through Thursdays & done workouts for 45 minutes between October 2025 to February 2026. Between Coach Josh & Walter, they have helped me do exercises correctly & helped me work on body basics, with also arm or leg specific exercises. I am glad to have discovered this group of individuals. Coaches are Very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and health, diet etc. However, the personalities are the cherry on top. Genuine and always Welcoming...Top Tier Experience thus far!!
Amazing gym run by the best trainers. Personable, they listen to your goals and the atmosphere is so fun and everyone is so friendly. My FAVORITE gym ♡
Tired of working out without results? Blitz is the place for you! From nutrition tracking,personal and group training with flexible schedules its space here for you as beginners or advanced level. The training team is not overly aggressive but is motivating. The workouts are modified for those with injuries which I appreciate and the additional free optional social events are a great bonus. I took the 21 days challenge and it gave me a kick start, coach Josh is awesome, he motivates you to keep track, accomplishment your activities, food, exercise etc… The training sessions at blitz are power packed. I loved being there…
