I must say, I had NEVER liked gyms because all they care about is the monthly membership but no one is watching you to see if you are doing the proper form or if you have questions, it always felt very impersonal and very judgemental. Until I met coach Joshua, he is AMAZING, and this GYM does not feel like an impersonal gym. I took a trial class and loved the experience and the teachers.
I absolutely love training at this gym! Josh is incredibly creative with his workouts. No two sessions are ever the same, which keeps things fun and challenging. What stands out most is his focus on proper form and technique. He takes the time to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly, rather than just rushing through them. It’s a welcoming, family-friendly environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
