I have been looking for a gym that I felt comfortable at and that would have a trainer that was interactive. Well I have found that and more at Blitz45. I joined in July and have been going 4 days a week and love it. The energy that Tony brings is amazing and the fact that he makes me want to do better just makes it even better! I totally recommend this family and energetic gym to anyone and everyone!! This gym has helped me to come out of my shell of shyness and feel better than I have in a long time💪🏼
Absolutely love starting my day here! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are very motivating and supportive. Every day is a different workout which takes the guess-work out of going to the gym.
