A friend of mine who had been taking classes for a few months introduced me to Blitz45. She told me it consisted of classes that change with every day so you never get bored, tired, or over-worked in one component of exercise. We recently visited from out of town and loved our experience at Blitz45! Doug (the owner) ran a great class and allowed each of us to thrive at our own fitness levels. My wife and I enjoyed the workout and would definitely join if we lived in the area! I would recommend this gym to ALL looking for a great fitness/HIIT experience in a supportive, fun, friendly and encouraging environment!
Doug, Heather and team are great. I love the small class and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone completes the workouts but at your own pace and difficulty levels- making it inclusive of beginners like me.
My wife, daughter and I have been going to Blitz45 for about 3 years. It's the first time since college that I found any level of consistency with regular exercise. We love the community, the trainers, and I personally love that I don't need to decide for myself what workout to do.
I have been working out at Blitz45 Camp Hill for over 2 years. This place deserves every one of those five stars! The impression you get every time you walk in is how clean and inviting the atmosphere is and how friendly and welcoming Doug the trainer and the participants are.
