I can't say enough good things about this place. My boys have been training with the Brennan Brothers for years. They are not just coaches they are family!! Thank you Jake, Nick, and Sam for all you do.
The absolute best free antidepressant provided is exercise. Blitz Sports is consistent. I feel so great after 30 minutes of real grinding and praying thru the short breaks then get a warm stretch when over. Getting better every day, too. Pure absolute recommend.
Blitz sport USA is a great place to train. I've been training with the coaching staff Jake, Nick and Sam since I was 12 and they always take the time to make sure we're safe at the gym and during competition.
