Purchased a building from their other company called bi rite economy buildings in August. Told 6 to 8 weeks to completion. Started the building towards the end of November. Paid for longer posts to be used because we had fill dirt on one side of the building. Contractor only went down 4 feet on that side so the building is not sitting on solid ground. I learned of Blitz through my neighbor, who also has a Blitz building. He gave me the contact information for Dave Ross of Blitz. I first made contact with Dave in early 2020. Dave was always prompt in getting back with me either by phone or email. In the early planning days (right before COVID shut down) I learned of an Easement that was ultimately mispositioned on the City of Indy maps, which delayed the project for nearly 2 years.
