As another reviewer mentioned, the staff at blithewold were EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I have dj'd more than 200 weddings and am top rated in the new york metro area. I don't hesitate to say they were the least helpful and most unprofessional venue managers I've encountered in my 20 years of DJ'ing weddings.
My daughter and I went for 3:00pm afternoon tea which was wonderful. We were under the impression that we would be able to tour the mansion after tea, but when we started to look around a VERY rude woman informed us that the mansion closed at 4:00pm and we would have to leave. We were very disappointed. Not sure we would go back
Can't wait to see the daffodils in bloom! Must get a membership this year- only $37!
We love Blithewold. Beautiful place to go especially in the Spring. Great family outing. Wonderful events. Very community oriented and generous. A must do!
