This is the worst appraisal company in Augusta top to bottom. Please be sure you or your bank find another company because this one has ZERO concept as to what they are doing.
The appraiser stated he showed up late to our home and also stated he was likely tired on the day he appraised our home. He was not late he actually showed up an hour early unexpected. He appraised our home over 100 square feet short and stated he would not come out to re-appraise unless the lender of the buyer requested it. The secretary of Blitch stated they have this issue on at least 3 out of 5 homes they appraise. I would not recommend this appraisal company to anyone.
Pierce was extremely cordial while doing his job...pleasant experience.
