We had a private yoga class at our house for a group of 8 and it was so good! Shawna clearly has years of experience instructing and provided us with an exceptional tailored experience. We are all mostly new to yoga and loved it!
Shawna is so much more than just a massage therapist, she's a healer. She took the time to get to know me and my story before the massage, and was incredibly knowledgable and professional while I was on the table! 10/10 recommend if you want a great, personalized experience from someone who knows their stuff!
Shawna is obviously a trained and experienced masseuse... I'll end this review with "fantastic!"
I did some coaching with Shawna and I’m so grateful for her help. She helped me identify my core values and take approachable steps towards my nutrition goals in a way that was constructive and also kind. Her massages feel incredible as well. Thank you Shawna!
