In this gravity free environment, the body balances and heals itself, as all the senses are rested. Claustrophobia is rarely an issue as we have float rooms which are nothing like the small pods. Step into bliss.

This is my new favorite float spot in Louisville! Everything is sparkling clean and the layout aesthetically flows room to room with calming hues of gray and blue. I have floated in pod style tanks before and I prefer Blissful Relaxation’s room style floating. I also appreciated the ammentities offered after your float (they even have blow dryers and hair products) ❤️
It took me a while to let myself relax...I even had to take a short break in the middle of the session by getting out and standing up for a bit. Once I got back in I was able to actually relax and allow my mind and body to unplug. Definitely worth doing and I look forward to trying again in the coming weeks!
