Bought headboard brackets that I called about *twice* before ordering to confirm they were the right ones for my frame. Was told twice that these were what I needed. When I finally went to install them, discovered that the frame was not built to the proper spec and the brackets will not fit. Customer service said they wouldn't accept a return since it had been more than 30 days, even though THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG BRACKETS TO BEGIN WITH! Terrible quality control. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

This place is worthless the manager is rude and has 0 customer service skills. His answer to my problem that they caused was.to cancel the order. He actually had the nerve to insult me.what A immature kid who definitely should not have a manager title.save yourself a lot of headaches and keep looking it will be worth spending a couple extra dollars. GOOD LUCK LADY'S AND GENTLEMAN.

We are very happy with our new adjustable bed frame. We have a platform bed with drawers so we needed a special zero clearance frame. This frame was easy to install and easy to use. My back loves this frame!!! We had a small issue which was resolved quickly by the store. We ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the following Wednesday (10 days) - considering that the East Coast was dealing with Hurricane Henri this was pretty good. NEVER buy from these people. My bed frame is more than 10 days late and the customer service is terrible. $1200 later I still don’t know if it will ever arrive. I just called my credit card company to dispute the purchase as fraud.
