As a frequent runner, I need my body to be in top shape and am very happy to report that I had an outstanding therapeutic massage from Tameka Roundtree at Blissful Healing. She carefully listened to what I needed before starting and then treated me for severe Charlie horses, tightness in my quads, shins, calves, and feet, and provided preventative care for plantar fasciitis. Tameka is kind, professional, and talented! So far I’ve had 2 express keratin treatments with her and she was phenomenal both times. She made me feel comfortable; never self-conscious about my frizzy hair. She took her time too and didn’t rush the process even though it was a Groupon. Keratin is expensive but if you’re going to do it; go with her!
