This venue was far from a blissful experience. To clarify, I did not personally make the party reservation. I arrived at the event hall at approximately 10:15 a.m. and waited in my vehicle after being informed by my mother that the owner, Michelle, would arrive at 11:00 a.m. When I entered the mall shortly after, the venue was still closed—gate down and lights off.
