I honestly can’t say enough great things about this office. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much they genuinely care about their patients. The provider takes the time to actually listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable with your care plan. You never feel rushed, and that alone sets this place apart. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but bad luck with this practice. If it wasn’t for them having trouble with their computer system, or Kym not calling me at our scheduled time twice, it was serious trouble with the prescription line. Most recently, I called the Rx line THREE times with an issue on how a med label was written out and not one person returned my call! Three times!!!! When nobody would call me back, I went to the pharmacy and they confirmed the dosage was written incorrectly. I would call all of this horrendous ... read more
Kym has been treating me for 8 years. She's always called back, listens to me and remembers my history. My medications are balanced finally and I've gone from barely living to volunteering and working with a disability. I'm eternally grateful.
Really nice and caring always here to listen definitely recommend anytime very satisfied with all there loving caring help..
Great care and services. Office staff are always attentive and Kym Cullar is the best
