I am so pleased with this company! I was desperate to get a furnace fixed which is located on the roof of a two story condo. I was leaving the condo after an appointment with heating and cooling repair man after he told me he couldn’t go on the roof of a two story building. I just happened to drive by Blissfied Heating and Plumbing and noticed there was an open sign on the door. Blissfield Heating &Plumbing saved us big time today! Our central air unit quit cooling yesterday. I called the office at 8am today and by 11:15 , my issue was resolved! Don was so kind and helpful; he figured out the issue in a few mere minutes and was done before I had even sorted a load of laundry. We have been without heat for two days and are no closer to getting our boiler fixed that has a warranty of 15 years but I guess that means with them 4 years.
Horrible service, went 2 weeks with no heat, and not one phone call from them to keep me up to date on what was going on. Had a warranty on furnace and they never bothered to follow through with the company. And then sends me the bill instead of sending it to the warranty company, the warranty company said they will honor it even though BHP dropped the ball.
I can't say enough about how honest the owner of this company, Don Janiszewski, is. He gave me multiple options with pros and cons on how to deal with my old furnace and air conditioner, which were repairable. I never felt pressured to replace the units, but I decided to replace both of them last December. Therefore, this review is not only about Blissfield Heating and Plumbing's service, but also about the products I chose. My old furnace was a Lennox, which I really liked.... Continue Reading
