Finally found a place that actually does serious deep tissue. I get super tight calves especially. The therapist used several techniques including walking on my calves. Most of you couldn’t handle this as it had me levitating off the table, that’s how deep in the muscles it went. Even though it hurt at the time, my calves have been loose and pain free since. She used regular massage, stretches and a hot towel treatment also. Amazing!
