My experience was very pleasant and I was very pleased with the professionalism that was showed. Dr explained the procedure to me. Another satisfied patient and highly recommend office for any procedure
A great cleaning and adjustment to my mouth guard. Thank heavens for the mouth guard. I haven't had a neck pain for over a year due to wearing the guard at night. Wonderful.
This office has such a high standards for its practice. Everyone who works there are the most professional people you ever meet. I have been Doctor Gertsen's patient for close to 15 years. He is amazing doctor. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a well educated, knowledgeable and caring dentist.
I've had mixed feelings about visiting dentists but I am so happy I fpund this office. Front office staff is 1st rate. Dr. G is technically excellent and seems genuinely concerned about my teeth. I trust him. That's the best compliment I could give.
As always Dr. Gertsen's staff was kind and extremely professional! In addition, there is never more than a 5 minute wait.
Anytime I go to Dr. Gersten it is like visiting a family member. The whole staff makes you feel welcome. I would not consider going to any other dentist.
Dr. Gertsen does care about his patients, does everything within his power to save the patient's teeth, and if you do not follow his instructions, he will let you know about it.
I fell asleep in Doctor Gertsen's office.... It means no pain , no worries.....Wish I became his patient 10 years ago, then I would probably not need a crown, though it is beautiful! And just in 2 hours!
While the wait was longer than expected his 2nd opinion advice to remedy my problem was so helpful it saved me possibly thousands of dollars as i immediately acted on his self-help advice - water pik and gentle flossing.
