I am 20 weeks pregnant and have been reading about the importance of dental hygiene while pregnant. Dr. Gertsen and his staff went above and beyond to inform me of the reasons why prenatal dental hygiene is so important. They also explained the daily tasks that I should be doing so that my baby is as healthy as she can be. They truly cared about the health of my baby and I. Great experience, very friendly, highly recommend!
I was about to send a card thanking Dr. Gersten and staff for the wonderful treatment I received yesterday. I was in pain and they took me as a emergency patient even though they were planning to leave for their Holiday party. I was treated like there was no hurry . My experience always is the most positive. Doctor Gersten is perfectionist. He provides a service of excellence. I do not hesitate to recommend his practice to anybody who is in search of a dental office.
I can't say enough about Dr. Gertsen and his staff, they are very caring and accommodating, I had a very good experience for a procedure that usually is very tedious. The staff made sure I was comfortable all through the procedure. Thank you.
Although going to the dentist is not something I have ever enjoyed; knowing I'm in caring and knowledgeable hands helps!
My visit was excellent. NO pain! The staff were friendly They all worked together as a team. That cute little hygienist Allison, gave professional advice as to keeping my teeth and gums in good shape. Dr. Gertsen worked quickly and efficiently. I highly reccommed Dr. Gertsen and his team!
