Walked in and stood waiting for a very long time and nobody bothered to acknowledge my presence. RUDE! I left and recommend not bothering with them since a customer seems to be a bother.
I was really nervous because I have had the same stylist for years and am new to the area. I wanted to add some dimension to my color along with a root touchup and a little more face framing.
