Got a gift card for a service in June of last year. Since then the tech has stated she has no openings for me to book. When I asked for my money back for the gift card she said her boss stated gift cards are non refundable. Can’t speak to the talent of the tech as I can’t seem to get the manicure that’s already been paid for - therefore I do not recommend purchasing a gift card from this salon.
Laci is just amazing! Perfect cut every time, and she is so nice and welcoming.
