I’d give zero stars if I could. Taylor, is extremely unprofessional and a liar. I booked a class via ClassPass only to have Taylor text me at 6am the day of the class asking if I can come the next day instead. She did not wait for my response and canceled class for the day, without good reason. Taylor blamed the cancel on rain... except it wasn’t raining at all, it was a beautiful day. I live in Newport only about half a mile from the location, not sure why she’d lie about the weather. I will be reporting this unprofessional... read more
