This is my Second time visiting this establishment. I’ve been getting my nails done for at least 20 years and I must say they have the most rudest nail technicians I have ever encountered. I travel for work and I’ve gotten my nails done in Florida, Ohio, California, Virginia, Georgia and now Michigan. The only nice employee there is the gentleman who greets you at the door. I chose Bliss because it is one of the few salons offering Dazzle Dry. Unfortunately, after several disappointing prior visits, this experience confirmed that I will not be returning. I went in for a pedicure and manicure and worked with Kevin. I had a broken toenail that was repaired with acrylic, but little attention was given to creating a balanced, professional appearance. I had a basic polish change on my feet & I communicated what I wanted obviously it was misunderstood. I spoke with the owner & he let me know know my services were complete unless I wanted to pay for another polish change ??? It's an assembly line in this nail salon..Horrible customer service. Needless to say I'll Never patronize thi salon again..they don't care about the customer it's about $$$
I have frequented this establishment multiple times over the past year, availing myself of services such as deluxe pedicures and shellac/gel nails, including those with specialty polishes. My visit today was intended for a refresh of a tiger eye gel manicure. However, the communication I experienced today was notably unclear, aggressive, and unconstructive.
