Quality issues.The nails looked nice, however, one of my nails broke off within a week. I understand things happen, so I went back to get it fixed and ended up waiting about an hour to get a singular nail fixed despite having booked an appointment. Two days later, another nail broke off, and I once again went back to get it fixed. Another few days later, two more nails broke off. I have never had this happen to me at any other salon, and from the other reviews I have read, this seems to be a recurring problem.
This was my second visit to this salon. During my first visit, one nail broke off very quickly, but I thought it might have happened because of something I did. However, after my second visit, when I got a New Year manicure, two nails broke off within a week. At this point, I understand that this is an issue with the quality of the service. I am very disappointed that I now have to get a new manicure for New Year’s, but in a different salon.
