There are a few things I’d like to share. I’ve seen others receive good service here, but my experience was quite different. The staff came across as a bit standoffish, and I didn’t feel very welcomed. When I first arrived, the lady at the front desk asked what I had on my hand. I replied “powder,” and she said they don’t do powder, even though I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Great work by Linda today! I wish I had a before photo of my nails — they were so chipped and brittle. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always super clean and comfortable. All the techs are great. I’ve seen some negative reviews saying they’re prejudiced, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. They’ve told me a few times that they’re just busy and can’t take walk-ins. They don’t rush through appointments or squeeze people in — they take their time and really focus on doing a great job.
