I’ve been coming here since they opened up. Work is generally good, but unfortunately their new staff is not..I usually see Tommy for a gel pedi/ acrylic overlay (and have been for about 3-4 years now) but sadly he wasn’t available. Older Asian lady gave the worst pedi, did not clean out nail edges, cut nails crooked, the whole experience ..I stopped her before she started my acrylic overlay and requested someone else.. here comes another lady, I speak in Spanish and let her know what I’m looking for..sadly nobody understood... read more
I have been going to Bliss for quite a few years; love everything about this place ..... the staff is wonderful (I have my favorites, of course), the place is impeccably clean, and I never have to wait....good business ethics, quality workmanship and the place is always beautifully decorated depending on the season! I highly recommend!!!!!
There are a few things I’d like to share. I’ve seen others receive good service here, but my experience was quite different. The staff came across as a bit standoffish, and I didn’t feel very welcomed. When I first arrived, the lady at the front desk asked what I had on my hand. I replied “powder,” and she said they don’t do powder, even though I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure.
