This is a very nice establishment very clean and inviting and the staff is pleasant. For the most part I have had good experiences. However, on 7/28/17 my encounter was not a pleasant one. I was approached by a young lady and she directed me to the chair. She went to her client and I sat down. After a while I noticed no-one was coming anytime soon to accommodate me, which has not been the norm. Don't let the outside store front fool you, it's gorgeous inside. Great customer service, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The VIP section is to die for and prices are reasonable! I will go here from now on.
