I am normally not one to write reviews, but I had such high expectations coming to this salon, the staff were so friendly and the salon is very clean but: 1) The quality of gel extensions: not durable at all, they all popped off in less than 2 weeks 2) Application of 3 of the nails was slanted 3) The polish was applied 1 time, so it was almost completely sheer 4) Price, for what I got the price was absurd Go to a diff salon, this is not worth it at all

I would give zero star if I could. The manager in this shop is very aggressive and has no manner. I come here because the location is convenient for me and the workers are very nice, but I feel they are all terrorized by him. I have been here every 3 weeks since 6 months now and I try to avoid to talk with him because of his manners. Today, for the first time, I arrived 5 min late to my appointment as I had some issues at home . I was sorry but things can happen so no need to make an insane scene . Bliss Nails is absolutely the best salon in the area. They are professional, creative, and always put us as the clients first. I’ve gotten my nails done from several of the nail techs here and they are all exceptional! From a simple color to elaborate design, I always know I will be in good hands here, and the prices are so affordable for what you get, my nails last three weeks before I need a fill. They are the best!

Very disappointed at the lack of responsiveness on the part of Bliss Nails, in helping me with a gift card purchased in error. The staff never gave the courtesy of a return phone call or email, despite my reaching out several times.
