Unprofessional and bad customer service. I had an appointment at 5 pm.. I was specifically told they are busy at 3 & 4 pm hence took the 5pm appointment. As I walk in they are working on someone else.. I waited till 5:30 and they seem far from over. I came early from an event to make it to the 5 pm appointment and they looked far from starting even at 5:30. Needless to say, I walked out and went to a more professional nail salon. I’ve been coming to this place for over 3 years now and every time they do not disappoint!!! whether it’s a quick gel manicure or acrylics and a pedicure that are always very attentive and provide the best service! The prices are also very reasonable.
Great place, great nail technicians. Ask for Nancy she is the best and Chelsea does the best pedicure and massage
There is not better place in town than Bliss. Been going with them for over 3 years now. Nancy is a great tech!
