My grandma took me here to her favorite spot in North Carolina and this is no joke the best! I asked for a hard design and Maryan didn’t even blink and she did a WONDERFUL job. She doesn’t speak much English but she was able to understand everything i wanted and was so sweet! Everyone here is so nice and the work is beautiful. My family loves this place and the workers in it! Thank you Bliss!
VERY prejudice. I am a black woman. I went for a pedicure, when I sat in the chair the woman didn’t even start the water for my feet to soak. When I asked her was she going to she said yes after she takes off my polish. She starts doing my toes but then forgot she had an appointment so she left me for another staff to finish what she started. I would not use this spa again. This is one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. My nail edges are still rough. The nail polish was old, so I had to ask for a new bottle. They tried to turn away a woman at 530pm when they close at 6pm. And apparently an hour and 15 mins is not long enough for them to do a good mani/pedi. They rushed through my service. I tried this place because it was close to another appointment, but I will never go back.
This was my second visit, my first wasn't terribly exciting so I decided to not come back. Fast forward a year, or so. Mothers day weekend and I was lucky enough to have my girl want to get pedicures together. We came to Bliss and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Marian and Kim for our beautiful feet!! I am glad we decided to come back 🥰
