I made an appointment and showed up. They said I was t scheduled. The owner took the time to look into the issue and turned out I mistakenly booked the wrong date. The service to figure this out was great. I will reschedule and make sure I have the correct date 🙈.

I had an appointment for a pedicure I had scheduled online and received multiple confirmations from Bliss Nail. I walked in and was told it would be awhile. I asked how long and wasn’t given a time frame. I was then told that I didn’t have an appointment and would have to wait. I left and won’t go back. I always booked here online so I can have an appointment and walk I without waiting for first available. I will find a new regular salon to use from now on.

The nail technician who did my nails did a fantastic job. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she did it very quick and efficient. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received.
