I have been coming to Bliss for the last year and a half and will continue to keep giving them my business. They are and have always been very sweet and kind to me. I am very OCD about my nails, they make sure to do an amazing job every single time. I don’t think I will trust anyone else to do my nails but Bliss Nail Spa. I recommend the dip polish, they have a ton of colors to choose from, it looks great and stays on for a while it’s my absolute favorite! Go in for a service, you will not regret it!!😊

I have had my nails done by at least three different people at Bliss and all do great work!! Especially Jenna and Zack. The customer service stands out at this Salon , far better than anywhere I’ve been in Cleveland. Bliss is a proficient, professional and you’ll never walk out without seeing the best of the food channel!! Happy Holidays to all the staff at Bliss!!!

I have been coming to Bliss Nail and Spa for about 1 1/2 years. Jenna is truly a professional and phenomenal nail technician! She is always very caring, positive, and upbeat! She takes the time to meet all of my needs and always makes my nails look fabulous! My dip and pedicure typically last for at least a month which is much longer than other salons I have been to in the past. Everyone is always very pleasant and respectful! I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!

The staff at Bliss Nails are incredible! They are very accommodating and always make you feel welcome. I have been coming to Bliss Nails for 3+ years and I have never been disappointed! Not only is their customer service top notch but they are also extremely talented and will always make your vision a priority.

I visited this salon a day before Christmas and they were nice enough to take me for an appointment! However the nail tech constantly niced me with the drill, my nail had gotten dust on it and they blamed me for moving it, I got home and my French was not connected on the ends, as well as 3 days later my nails were lifting and paint was coming off. And lastly when doing my pedicure it was very rushed. I now understand why they say “no refunds” on the paper when you walk in.
