**RESPONSE TO “OWNER”** - Lies, lies, lies and more lies again. The person on the phone stated he was the receptionist, not the owner. I specifically asked who I was speaking to. He said, “I am the receptionist.” He quoted me for a full set and manicure for “no more than $100.” I understood exactly what he said and am aware you need to protect your business. Deceptive! False advertising! Scam artists! I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for 1:30. While on the phone I asked how much a full set and manicure would be. The gentleman (receptionist) stated, “ No more than $100.” I agreed. However, when I got there it was a 360 on services and I don’t like dealing with scam artists and liars.
