This shop has repeatedly shown a lack of courtesy toward its clients. I’ve given them multiple chances with both my nails and pedicures, yet each visit left me disappointed. I remained calm and respectful, but the nail technicians consistently ignored my requests and did whatever they wanted, leaving me unhappy with the results. I expressed my concerns to both the receptionist and the owner, but there was still no compensation or resolution offered. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!
Kevin is incredibly detailed and polished everything was so nice, neat, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back to him!
