I cannot recommend JENNY enough! She is the absolute best. She is sweet, her work station is always immaculate and my nails always come out flawless. She puts effort into her work, and I never feel like I’m being rushed when I’m there. I went in because I had an issue with one of my nails and she took care of me with no issues- didn’t make me feel like I was a problem. I was extremely upset and disappointed in my experience this past weekend. I have done my nails here before and have had great experiences but this time was far from it. I asked for a short almond with the white chrome. The pictures speak for themselves. I can not believe i paid $75 for this, but i felt bad and just wanted to get out of there as i was so upset about the outcome. I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The service was very disappointing. The staff was rude, unorganized, and not friendly at all. On top of that, the prices are very high for the level of service they provide. I would not recommend this place
I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. As I was having the pedicure, the lady next to me was getting her manicure and pedicure at the same time in the massage chair. However, my technician asked me to come to her table for the manicure. I asked if I could stay in the chair a few more minutes. About five minutes later I moved to the table, and put my hand in the manicure bowl. I told the technician the water was cold. She said, "that's because I was waiting for you." Seriously?
