I don’t really like to leave reviews, but after my second visit today, I am not happy at all and I paid $60! I had a fill done and I asked for a little bit shorter and completely got super short to the point where she had to build it back up and at that point i needed tips! it looks really bad. I felt like it was rushed in. The first time was great, but I’m not happy at all, but I spent that much to something that I don’t like. I have an event this weekend and now my nails look bad. Typically have a good experience but today was far from it. I made an appointment for 2:30pm for myself and 5 year old daughter. We arrived around 2:28pm and waited until 3pm prior to deciding to leave as we were not attended to. Looks like they accepted a group of walk ins vs honoring appointments. I would have appreciated an advanced notice vs a false wait time.
