Came for my best friends birthday to get our feet done, we might as well walked barefoot on the sidewalk. That would have been a harder scrub and rub then what we got. Less than 5 minutes to soak and no scrubbing of our heals.... HORRIBLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE
Never had a pedicure done in 20 mins. From soak to finish. Barley any effort to scrub,massage or let the hot towel do it's purpose.
Made an appointment with my sister and the lady who ended up doing my nails didn’t clean up her station between guests. same towel, same drills, nothing was cleaned. i got their gel x nails with medium tips and a small design. i was not told the price before getting the service, was not told about up charges on length of nail. THE NAILS LASTED 4 DAYS. i am a server and i’ve had nails last weeks, these nails couldn’t even withhold changing a roll of toilet paper. after one came off they all started coming off.
Amazing job, Lan took lots of care in shaping my nails and making sure I like them!! Highly recommend.
