If I could give 0 stars I would. Walking in it was dingy. I made an appointment for 3 and walked in about 30 minutes early and was eventually brought to a chair right at 3 and waited additional time and I should have left then. The first nail tech that came was rushing from the start where she filed down she chipped 2 nails and had to add more dip and ended up burning my cuticles and now have cuts.ย
Absolutely love getting my pedicures by Pookie! She always does such a beautiful job, is so sweet, and makes the whole experience relaxing. ๐๐ ๐ผย
I had never been to this nail salon before, and today was my first visit. I went in for a pedicure and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped right away. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and the gentleman who did my pedicure was especially kind and took his time to make sure everything was done well. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back!ย
This place was the worse! I decided to try a new place and I kept asking the lady doing my nails ignored me when I asked her to change the length or the tip to the drill. She cut me and then then I moved my hand she looked at me crazy. When it was all done, the dip is bumpy, the nails are not even and when I mentioned it the guy said she would fix them and she then cut me two more time before as Iโm asking we to fix the length she is set on arguing and acting like I crazy and the nails are supposed to be different lengths.
