Please train your reception staff to care about the patients. I am usually happy with the service but I attended the clinic on 31/3 for my appointment at 1pm and the reception was unattended. When the receptionist came, I let her know that I am there for my appointment. She verified my name and address and asked me to take a seat only to mark me as not a show up.
