I went for the first time as a walk-in. I was greeted warmly by Anna. There was no wait, I was immediately escorted to a room. Anna was my massage therapist. She was so kind and thoughtful, regularly asking me if the pressure was ok and if I was comfortable. I have been having severe neck and shoulder pain for about a month now, she never asked me where my pain was, she just seemed to find it with her hands.
